The model
- Appliance (Hisar Kule): the tier that fits you — Karakol, Burç, Kale, or Tabya.
- Annual support / subscription: covers your support tier and update entitlements.
- Multi-year options: 1, 3, or 5-year plans with price protection.
Every institution's scale, integration, and support needs differ; instead of a public list price we prepare a proposal for your situation.
